Our services

Family Support Service

Through one-to-one support, we can help you to:

  • cope with initial diagnosis
  • understand terminology and the professionals you will deal with 
  • understand what level of support your child is entitled to in Education 
  • understand what benefits you may be entitled to for your child.

Clubs, events and activities

We have special events and activities throughout the year which include a weekly Kids’ Club during term time, Youth Group, monthly Baby and Toddler Group, summer trips, Halloween and Christmas parties and trips to the Christmas pantomime.

Our knowledgeable staff team have created resources to help parents to understand deafness, and how to support their children.
