WSDCS/SMDCS Christmas Party

On Saturday, 30th November at Pollokshaws Burgh Hall, West Scotland Deaf Children's Society along with our colleagues at the Scottish Minority Deaf Children's Society, hosted a Christmas party for all our families. We had over 160 people attend and who enjoyed entertainment from the incredible Mark Walbank, Magician and Children's Entertainer; the amazing VIP Dholies; our genius Face Painter, Linda Smith of 'Fab n Funky Faces' and we had a very special visit from Santa Claus assisted by his magical elf Robert! As if that wasn't enough, we also enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch all served by our amazing staff, trustees and volunteers who were there to make sure everyone had a fantastic time! The Christmas party was made possible by the Big Lottery, Community Fund to whom we are all very grateful. Also sincere thanks to all our helpers, we couldn't do it without you!
